With some hotels KULeuven made an agreement to give a reduction in price. To get this reduction it is required to make your reservation by e-mail or phone. Always mention the name of the Symposium and the KULeuven attendance. Some hotels have special requirements, they are put in brackets. All rates shown are inclusive of breakfast.

Please make your reservation directly with the hotel of your choice. It is advised to make your accommodation registration as soon as possible, due to the very busy period for hosting in September. Please notice that the cost for accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

Accessibility by plane
Arrival in Brussels International Airport (Zaventem): there is a direct train to Leuven every 1/2h (travel time: ± 15 minutes).

By taxi
The price from the airport to Leuven is ± EUR 65. From Brussels midi to Leuven it is ± EUR 75.
Coming by car from Brussels or Liège/Luik
Take highway E40 (Brussels – Liège/Luik) direction Leuven. Take highway E314 (Leuven/Hasselt/Genk) and follow direction Leuven.
