Registration and payment
Registration should be done using this Registration form (which is in PDF format – should you prefer a Word document use the Word version instead)
Please complete the registration form and fax it to the symposium secretariat in Belgium at +32 16 32 29 89 or return it to: soildisinfest@biw.kuleuven.be
Payment should be done via :
• VISA card or Master Card : please follow the instructions on the Registration form.
• By direct bank transfer on the bank account mentioned in the Registration form. Please transfer your fee free of charge for the organization.
Admission to the symposium is valid only when registration fee is received by the organization. As a consequence, papers and posters are only included in the program after payment of the registration fee by the presenting author. Please make sure that the name of the participant is clearly mentioned in the money transfer documents. A confirmation of registration/acknowledgment of receipt of payment will be sent to each applicant.
ISHS members(*)
- Early registration payment before July 1, 2009 –>extended to July 10, 2009: EUR 450
- Regular registration: EUR 500

Non ISHS members
- Early registration payment before July 1, 2009 –>extended to July 10, 2009: EUR 500
- Regular registration: EUR 550
The registration fee includes :
- Access to all sessions and visits
- Book of Abstracts
- A volume of Acta Horticulturae with papers of all contributions
- Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner
- Morning and afternoon coffee/tea
Student registration
- Early and regular student registration: EUR 200
This includes welcome reception, book of abstracts, all sessions and coffee breaks, the guided city tour and the technical visit on Wednesday.
A copy of the student card is required.
Accompanying persons
- Early and regular registration : EUR 200
- This includes welcome reception and conference dinner, the guided city tour and the technical visit on Wednesday September 16, 2009.
The fee does not include accommodation, see “Accomodation”.
There will be no refund for services that have not been used.
Conference dinner
A conference dinner will be organised on Thursday evening, September 17, 2009 and is included in the registration fee.
Late registration
The reception and information desk will be open on Sunday, September 13, 2009 from 17h-19h, on Monday September 14, 2009 in the morning before start of the Opening Session and during the symposium. Late registration and payment can be done at the reception desk. However, registration and payment prior to the symposium is preferred.
Cancellation
Written cancellations received before July 1, 2009 are eligible for a 75% refund.
